Master in “Stage Management” – Luiss International University – School of Management in Rome (Lazio – Italy 1996).
Extraordinary participation XV – XVI Festival Juvenil European of Latin Greek Theatre of Segòbriga & Itàlica (Madrid – Seville – Spain 1998/1999).
Award 5th National Season of Classic Plays, in Carlentini (Sicily – Italy 1999).
Award XII International Prize “I Fliaci”, in Taranto (Apulia -Italy 2000).
Participation National Festival of Classical Greek Theatre of Syracuse (Sicily – Italy 2001).

He established and directs together with the actress Alessandra Abis the Performing Arts Company “ADRIANI TEATRO“, association for stage production and actor’s training, financed by Apulia District.
He directs drama workshops and master classes on mimic farcical techniques of the mask in the ancient theatre and in the Comedy of the Arts, in Universities, Colleges and Schools of every order and degree.
He built up “The Actor’s Baggage“, a Biennial Drama School for youngsters interested in the profession of stage.
As a drama director he produced many plays such as “The Gods’ Shipwreck”, from T. Savinio, C. Pavese and A. Artaud, “Voyage in the Greek World” from Humerus’s Iliade and Odissey, Plauto’s “Miles Gloriosus or The Braggart Soldier”, “Amphitryon” and “Curculio, “Harlequin Doctor Flyer” and “Harlequin The Dentist” about sixteenth century’s scenarios of Comedy of The Arts, “Hide & Seek” from “The Diary of Anne Frank”, “Without Makeup” about A. Chekhov’s “The Seagull“, W. Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream“, Puccini’s “Tosca“, Plato’s “Socrates’ Apology”, and “4Mothers4″ from A. Wesker’s “Four portraits of mothers”.
He planned and coordinated many cultural events such as National Festival of School Theatre “Stage@School” with patronage of the Italian Department for Education, National Festival of Stage Philosophy “Philosophizing”, and National Festival of Women on Stage “Talking Mirrors”, in collaboration with City of Bitonto and Apulia District.
Under the High Patronage of Italian Republic’s President Carlo Azelio Ciampi and the Italian Department for Cultural Affairs he organized in his own town the Grand Opening of the nineteenth-century Theatre “Umberto I – Tommaso Traetta”, directed by the famous Italian artist Michele Mirabella (Bitonto Apulia- Italy 2005).
